  Couldn’t find an explanation how to do this, so maybe someone can help. I want to show just the beginning of several posts on my title page, then insert a link to “jump” to the remainder of the post. Can you point me to instructions? (I know on blogger there was a button for it when you went to edit your post – but I can’t seem to find one on wordpress).

  There are several ways to split content. The most common is inserting “the more tag“.
