  I’ve got links that jump to the top of the page, but they don’t jump to the actual page top, only to to the first content under the heading. On the WP.com page https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps, the example link goes to the actual top of the page. How do they do that?

  The trouble with a lot of the support pages is that they are badly written, incomplete and unclear.
