June 5 2020 email was changed without my permission

I received a notification that my username and email were changed for my site. I gave no one permission to do so and now I can not access my site content.
The email says the new username and email but I do not know who that information belongs to !! I need to get access to my website. As you can see on my profile I have a link to my website BeCleanLiveGreen.com ….. My server got disconnected as of October 12,2020 but I want to clear this matter up first before I do anything. How can something like this happen ?? How can you resolve this for me??

You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.
The site at BeCleanLiveGreen.com is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software, hosted at GoDaddy.com. There is no connection whatsoever between that site and WordPress.com, and we haven’t sent you any emails regarding that site – any email from us would have come from a @wordpress.com address, and I’m guessing you received these emails from wordpress@your site’s domain, correct?
If you didn’t make these changes, then there’s a very real possibility that your site had been hacked. You’ll need to contact GoDaddy support directly for help fixing that, as only they have the access to your server and your site’s database that’s needed to do that.

There has been no changes to either the username or the email address for the WordPress.com username account you’re using to post here. You also have never had any sites hosted with, or connected to us under this account.
