Jupiter X Core issue / Recovery mode
-
My website has crashed. I received an email that it was due to a Jupiter X Core plugin not loading. I was briefly able to access my dashboard in recovery mode, but can no longer access it.
I have two questions:
1. How do i enable recovery mode?
2. How do I fix the problem with Jupiter X Core? This is the error message:An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 70 of the file /home3/ywammars/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jupiterx-core/includes/customizer/settings/settings.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home3/ywammars/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jupiterx-core/includes/customizer/settings/layout/popup.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear’)
Thank you for any help
