Just began premium membership, need to cancel/get refund. How?

I just signed up for the premium site, but have changed our minds. Paid with a credit card. Can I please cancel and receive a refund for the charges? Please direct me how to do this. Thx.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals,
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
As you want to retain the domain URL http://simplyourlife.com/ and use it elsewhere I will tag this thread for Staff help with this. Subscribe to the thread please and you will be notified when they respond.

It looks like you have purchased both the premium upgrade and the premium theme Moka. Do you wish to have both purchases refunded?
As part of the premium bundle you registered the domain simplyourlife.com. Do you wish to keep it or cancel that registration as well?
Please note If we cancel simplyourlife.com, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. If you’d like to keep it, I can refund your premium bundle minus the cost of the domain + privacy, which separately costs $26.
Let me know if you wish to keep your domain on your WordPress.com site or point it elsewhere and I can provide further instructions.
