    Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

    Hi rieslingwhirled,

    I’ve checked the account you are contacting us from and there are no charges listed, which suggests you have a second account. What is the address of the site you were charged for? Please don’t post any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, just a site address.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com and then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt was sent to. If you reply here afterwards, I can help cancel the upgrades and ensure there are no upgrades left on the site.
