Just got a payment from WooCommerce…

But we terminated our website/store on woocommerce back in February. Where did this payment come from?

We only ever had about 5-6 Subscribers, but all had “expired” but one, and she said she was never charged the month our woocommerce was terminated. I’m reaching out to 3 or the folks but I don’t have a way to contact the other subscribers.
We are a farm. At Woocommerce’s suggestion, we used the subscription option to operate our farm’s CSA. Glearly this person just got charged and either has no idea, or is expecting product from us – but I don’t have access to who this was.
If this was virtually allowed to happene even though our woocommerce site is deleted, what else is going on? Should I be worried? I have gotten zero response from woocommerce on this issue and am not turning to the ONLY other option (Forums).
