Just lost all my media
-
I transferred the domain of 3 blogs to a client today. However, I lost all the media in a blog that shouldn’t have been affected by this. Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi!
Are you referring to the site 18conejos.wordpress.com? If so, all of the media items seem to be in place here:
https://18conejos.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php
Are they still missing on your side? Please let me know if you’re referring to a different site!

When I check out oyehonduras.wordpress.com, I see over 1 GB of media here:
https://oyehonduras.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php
That’s appearing blank on your side?
-
Except for a few videos, all of the media is displaying a missing media icon (with the question mark).
-
Just to be clear…I’m referring to the actual media library displaying missing media, as well as the actual blog pages.

-
Can you try another browser like Chrome or Firefox? Both of the sites are appearing correctly on my side.
-
I’ve tried it in Chrome and Safari. Some of the video thumbnails have come back, but all of the stills are still showing missing media. Obviously this has something to do with transferring 3 domains earlier. It happened around the same time.

Hi!
Can you let me know what domains you transferred?
Also, can you clear your browser’s cache following the instructions here?
-
I tried clearing the cache in Safari and Chrome already. All of the still images are still missing from both the library and the posts. So, when you’re looking at it, you’re not seeing missing media? Is it possible that all of the domains transferred somehow? All of the sites had pro bundles and purchased domains.
Here’s the domains transferred:

Note: it’s still showing the library as being full as far as the amount of file storage used. They simply are not displaying as thumbnails in the library, and are not displaying on the posts.

Hi,
First, just a note, this is a public forum. Please do not post transfer authorization information in these threads. I’ve removed the passwords as anyone with that password could theoretically transfer your domain.
I don’t believe the domain transfers are related to this issue as the domains were not associated with blogs you’re having the issue on (like oyehonduras.wordpress.com). All of the images are still appearing on my side so it sounds like this could be a local connection/browser issue.
Can you try opening an incognito window in Chrome (File -> New Incognito Window) and opening the following URL?

Yeah, I forgot this was a public forum. It seems to be sorted out now. Thanks for all your help.
