Just need to talk with a human

    I’ve been trying to talk with a Happiness Engineer for three days but the AI keeps saying “help is on the way!” Thus far, help has not been on the way. I have a business plan that comes with 24/7 human support. How do I speak to a human?

    Thank you! I just emailed WordPress. I’ve been chatting with the AI Support Assistant since June 8, so I’m not sure why it hasn’t opened a ticket. Hopefully email works. I included screenshots of the chats with the email.
