Just paid for the blog and can`t access it

  I cant connect to the right account. I have registered two different blogs in the same e-mail account and now I cant connect to the right one and when I try to access it, it seems to be disabled (http://blogquebarato.com.br). Ive just paid for this blog and I cant access it.
  PS. I can`t login the right way in my own blog because the page is blank, so please help me or send my request to the right place.
