Just purchased and want to cancel — but indicates I’m ineligible?

Hi!
I just signed up for a 1-year personal plan, but have discovered I can’t upload plugins, so I want to cancel.
I’ve followed the steps, but I get a ‘Remove’ button, not a ‘Cancel’ button.
The docs say: ‘Note that if you see a Remove link rather than a Cancel link, your purchase is ineligible for a refund’
…but since I purchased less than an hour ago, I believe I should be eligible!
Any help appreciated.

Hi there, we’re sorry to see you go so soon! Just out of curiosity, what sort of website would you be setting up?
With regards to the refund, you’re definitely within the eligible refund period, so when you go through the cancellation flow it will issue you with a refund. I’ll pass on the request to update the docs!
