Just purchased the Gridiculous Pro theme where can I get help on a bug

  I have just purchased the Gridiculous Pro theme and the navigation buttons on the bottom of the blogs only allow backward movement(?) I went to their site and it say.

  ‘If you have a support request and have purchased a premium license for one of our themes, please visit the support form on your account page’

  I am new to wordpress where is this support form?
