Just signed up for premium themes but can't activate.

  I just signed up for the premium theme offer but when I try to activate a premium theme the system still takes me through checkout. I chatted with Support a few minutes ago and they say I have no premium plans, but it does say so in my account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The premium theme offer is available only with the actual purchase of WordPress.com premium bundle. It looks like the only thing which you have added to your account recently is a WordPress.com Premium trial, which is not eligible for this promotion.
