Just signed up now what?

  Is there some kind of tutorial that I can do to help me get started. I have just signed up and now have a thousand questions. Such as-how do I add pictures to each entry? Do i need to create tag categories before I can add tags to each entry. CAn i add sponsor links down the sides of my blog.

  Basically i know nothing and need some help to get me on my way.

  Also, when asking questions here in the forums, please provide a link to your blog starting with http:// since for most questions we need to see the blog in order to help.
