Just started a new blog…and the 'My Site' (left side corner of page) is on a Blue band

I know this is simple – I’m daunted. How do get ‘My Site’ to be 1) on the Black header and 2) have all the professional attributes. like my other blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
And, exactly which username account registered that site?
I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting. And, that is why we are all prompted to provide the relevant URL when we create a new thread.

The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.

Are both blogs registered under the same wordpress.COM username account?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
After your log in clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

Okay…here is the deal…I have 4 blogs dedicated to one state/locale.
My roommate ( on my computer) started Laurel Grove- http://laurelgroveloves.wordpress.com
her voice, new path,new focus and didn’t want it linked to the mine… I think that might be the core problem.
Yes, She has her own gmail account.Do all blogs belonging to be one person have to linked?

The WordPress.com user account you are posting is the owner of just one site, http://laurelgroveloves.wordpress.com. If you have other WordPress.com sites, you will need to log out of the account that you are posting from and log into your own account again.
