  I’d like to get some information before I make final decisions. I’d like to purchase premium plan. I’d like to know if I can purchase blog themes? If so, when I purchase them theme is the price a one time price or do I have to pay monthly, yearly for the theme? Thanks!

  On the Premium plan in WordPress.com, all of the themes seen here (including premium themes) are available to use for free: https://wordpress.com/themes

  There would be no extra charge for these themes.
