Just switched to WordPress – not for me – refund?
-
I’m sorry but I tried looking for a customer service e-mail address of some sort but seems like there isn’t one. It’s about midnight right now and the support page says it’s closed.
I just switched over from Blogger to WordPress yesterday because WordPress lets me do scheduled posts. I purchased the CSS editing and domain mapping features and got my blog up. I didn’t realize until now that I can’t edit the templates. I used to use Blogger, and I’ved tried the downloadable WordPress and Drupal, and they all allowed the templates to be edited so I thought this sort of thing was standard.
I’m going to switch to the downloadable WordPress and use it on my host, which means I won’t need the CSS editing and domain mapping features that I already spent money on. I’m requesting a refund for those things. I hope that didn’t come off as rude. Thanks.

The forums are staffed by volunteers, so there’s nothing much we can do to help you. You’ll have to wait until support is open in the morning and send a feedback asking for a refund. The TOS states that service fees are not refundable, though.
