Just trialling different things

    Hi,

    I have just been given a theme from the scouts, I am currently wanting to trial different themes to see what works best before we make anything concrete and/or purchase anything, I am working in a team and was wondering if there is any way to get this theme working without having to purchase anything at present? I have purchased this theme but it requires a certain plugin, and we currently do not want to purchase anything or make any website live.

    All i am hoping to do is view the theme in some kind of designer and make any changes to see what the theme is capable of. Is this possible on wordpress.com without premium?
