Just trying to make my text responsive!!

I have been trying to figure out how to make my font responsive. In doing so I went down a deep rabbit hole and ended up upgrading my plan to premium to add additional CSS. I think that I have the correct code, but that my website isn’t updating it. I looked this up and people say to clear their wordpress cache. The easiest way is with a plug-in which looks like I need to upgrade for. It also looks like you can manually do it with FileZilla, but I can’t find my username and password. When I go to my settings -> hosting configuration it says I need to upgrade to business plan to get SFTP credentials which seems ridiculous.
I am reaching out because the live chat feature that I just upgraded my plan for is currently not working and I have spent too much time trying to figure out how to simply make my text responsive.

Can I see this on your homepage? Or is it a specific place I need to look at? Can you describe what you are seeing vs what you would expect to see? Is this on your phone, tablet, or both?
