just want pay button on top

how do I add just a pay button for a block, I just see Subscribe Here add content here that will only be visible to your subscribers.

but I don’t want subscribers, just want to add a button for people to pay to read one story at a time.

When I add the premium block, I see the blue buttons “subscribe here” and “pay here” where you can change them to say what you want.

but then when I save the page they are not there, it seems that they are within the subscriber block.

Does everything following the premium block fall within the paywall, or do you need to cut/paste the paragraphs into the premium block – embedding them.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi – I don’t want people to have to bother to subscribe, just want them to pay only in reading what they want.

To add just a pay button for a block, you can use the Premium Content block which allows you to add content that is only visible to people who have paid. You can change the ‘Subscribe Here’ and ‘Pay Here’ buttons to say whatever you would like. Everything following the premium block will be behind the paywall so you will have to cut and paste the paragraphs into the premium block in order to have them visible to those who have paid.

I think I’m just going to use the WordPress Ads options, because it’s sort of complicated . . .also since my site is basically unknown, not likely people will pay upfront.

So much on the internet is free, anyway – and people are oversubscribed with Hulu, Netflix, newspapers, magazines . . . etc.

And I think the ads will be much easier to set up!!

    thanks
