  I have a website and domain, just want to publish my blog. Please direct me to how to accomplish this.

  Oh, regarding your existing domain, you’d be welcome to use that if you’d like. You’ll just need a paid plan. I’d recommend heading to https://wordpress.com/pricing/ to choose a plan, then adding the domain. The system will step you through, but if you run into trouble, just let us know what happened.
