  Here’s the link to get support directly from staff: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  Note: generally speaking it’s faster to post your question here in the forums. There are several volunteers here who really know their stuff and are able to answer questions much more quickly than staff. If, it turns out you have a problem volunteers can’t help with, then we tag the thread for staff support, and they swoop in to do the stuff only they can do.

  Email support @wordpress.com without the spaces required to make it display here. As lizthefair said posting here is quicker. Also note that on weekends the support link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ is set to loop right back here to the peer support forums unless you have upgrades on your blog.
