just want to post a google calendar

    I just want to put up a google calendar on wordpress and keep it at the top of the page; I don’t think this will be a blog that I will be adding posts to. Just want the calendar and a place for a small number of people to add comments or questions.

    I tried adding the code for the calendar to the post as HTML; didn’t work.
    I tried adding it as a link; didn’t work.

    is this not a viable quest?

    what am I not getting here?

    It is not a viable post. For security reasons, that code is stripped out here, and there is no workaround of which I am aware except one, which puts it in as a sidebar widget. Is that what you want?
