Hi, can you log out and log back in using the email address on the account? G Suite is indeed due to expire, and is likely not working right now because of your expired mapping.
Please log into the correct account, then respond here to let us know if you intend to keep that working here, so we can create an invoice as needed to address this.

Are you able to log out and log in as the correct user? You should be able to use the email address that receives our renewal notifications.
If someone else gets those, can you ask them to log in and contact us directly?

You will also need to repurchase the subscriptions that have been already removed from the account.
