[Kallyas theme] Plugins menu item not appearing on WordPress panel dashboard

  Hello team,

  I am having an issue with the Kallyas theme (i believe it is). The Plugins menu is not showing on the menu bar on the wp admin dashboard. Has any of you ever encountered this error before? I have checked on the server and everything is correct.
