  2. WordPress.org, the open-source project where you can obtain the software for free to use on your chosen hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software, which is the platform you are currently contacting.

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  I recommend reaching out to your host Namecheap for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.
