There is a title (#6 no title) that appeared and I am not able to delete. I asked for help with chat, but they are perplexed as well on how to delete.

You can change the “#6 no title” menu item by doing the following:
Click My Sites>Themes>Customize
In the customizer, click the Menus tab and select Primary
Select #6 no title

So, the reason that your menu has a “#6 (NO TITLE)” link has to do with a few things.
The first thing is that the page you’ve set as your front page literally doesn’t have anything entered into the Title field. When that happens, the ID number assigned to the page (6 in this case) is revealed, and then added next to the words “NO TITLE”.
It doesn’t have to stay that way, though. If you go to My Site > Pages, you should see a page with “#6 (NO TITLE)” as the title. If you edit that page, you can give it a title (like “Home”), save the changes, and they will be reflected in the menu of your site.
The other thing that is happening is that your site does not have a Custom Menu set for its Header menu location.
Because of this, the site automatically adds links to pages in the menu area. Creating a custom menu allows you to specify which pages appear in the menu, and also the order in which they appear.
Just make sure to click the checkbox next to Header once you have created the menu. You’ll find an example of this in the guide linked above, just before step 3 begins there.
