    is there a way to use different header images on the home and blog pages?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Yes, you can do that. Take a look at the theme’s demo site for example:

    https://karunademo.wordpress.com/

    When you click through that menu you see each page has a different header image.

    hi thank you very much for taking the time to help me.

    when i go through the menu on the demo it seems to confirm the problem i am having. the home page and the blog page have the same image.

    i have used the featured image tool to add different images to other pages. however, when i change the featured image on the home page the same image appears on the blog page. similarly, when i change the featured image on the blog page the same image appears on the home page.

    it seems like the home page and blog page are linked in a way that prevents using different images on them.
