  Please could someone tell me the CSS to change ONLY the circled text to white.

  Hi @tbcars, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours using Karuna, there is a dedicated Karuna theme support forum at WordPress.org where you can post your questions.

  I did take a quick look at http://djmetalwork.co.uk, and this CSS will change the submenu text color to white.
