kathyleicester.com – expired. I want to link it to another wordpress blog. HELP.

  My domain expired. I want to redeem it. It was linked to one blog. I don’t want it linked to that blog anymore, which is why I let it expire. Now, I have a blog I’d like to link the domain kathyleicester.com to, and I can’t find out how.

  HELP. Please.

  Hi Kathy,

  I’m sorry, but your domain kathyleicester.com expired 40 days ago and is now in redemption.

  The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.

  I’ve emailed you a payment request for the renewal amount.

  The total price will be $98, which is $18 for the regular renewal plus the $80 late renewal fee.

  Please reply to this thread once you’ve paid, and I’ll contact our registrar to restore your domain. If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be refunded.

  If you don’t want to pay the $80 fee you can let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely. But please note that your domain can be put up for auction or sold on back-order while it is in redemption, which means someone else may purchase the domain first and you will be unable to register it again.

  Hello! Thanks. I’ve paid my $98. Could you please restore the kathyleicester.com? Once that’s done, then I’ll perhaps need your help again to transfer it to another blog.

  Quick question: I entered kathyleicester.com into my browser, and was taken to the Leicester Gallery, not Run With Scissors.

  Is this what I should expect, or is something not quite right?
