I no longer require this service and only found out this was auto renewed by reviewing my bank statement. I managed to cancel the hosting however I can not longer remove the additional £15 for the domain. Please can I get a full refund for the whole site.

Good morning :) Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve reviewed the account. I can see that the domain and plan renewed on 2019-07-03 but were not cancelled until 2019-07-08. The refund window for domains is 48 hours, and in this case it was 5 days later. Because of that it’s not possible to issue a refund for the domain.

Because the domain is paid for I will be happy to add it back to your account and then you can continue using it or point it to another service and use it there. Just let me know if you are interested in that option.

Hi Liz,

Thank you for getting back to me however I was not made aware of the cancellation terms for either the hosting or domain name registration or even the autorenew. I’ve reviewed the site and are unable to find these anywhere.

Please can you review this internally. Any help would be appreciated on this case to get a full refund.
