kaylashextensions.com has expired and is in the redemption period. It is now more complicated and costly to recover that domain. I have added a modlook tag to ask a member of staff to assist you with this. Meanwhile see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

Hi @kaylashextensions unfortunately this domain expired a while ago and is in redemption now. The registrar charges an extra fee to get it back, if it’s possible to get it back at all.
I’ve sent an invoice (to the address on file here) for the domain renewal plus the $80 redemption fee, which we have to pay the registrar to get the domain back.
If you’ll pay that, we’ll contact them and work on that process. You’ll want to act quickly before the domain goes up for auction, since I’d imagine this name could be in demand. Please update us here as soon as it’s paid.
Or, if you’d like to let the domain continue with its expiration process, you can; let us know and we’ll remove the invoice. Just note it’s a long, risky process.

@kaylashextensions good news: we got the domain back, and everything is working for you again. You’ll want to be sure to keep your domain renewed each year.
If it’s easier to keep your billing in one place, you can likely transfer the registration to your new host. If they accept incoming transfers, here’s how to set that up:
