Keep front page as only one post

    Hi, on my blog https://thegoodteacherblog.wordpress.com I am NOT wanting all of my posts to go onto my front page. I am only wanting my first post to be on my front page. I have made Home and Inquiry both as categories, but when I choose where I want a post to go, they are still always ending up back on my front page, even when I check the Inquiry box with category. Help!

    To set up your front page as a single static page, you can use the “Static Front Page” feature. You can set up a new blog page set up with your first blog and select it as your front page. To learn more about the front page, you can read here:

    I think you are just missing out on connecting the Post’s with the correct categories. You can learn more about the steps in details here:
