Keep getting charged even though I canceled several times

  Just received a charge this morning for $324.75 but I have canceled several times. Not sure why or whats up with this, please refund.

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there are any recent purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
