I keep getting charged for a wordpress site we no longer use. I contacted wordpress about this last year, and I got charged $30 again this year.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s the price for an annual CSS editing upgrade. To address any and all billing issues like this one please click https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and carry through. Note that you can use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged
Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.
NOTE: I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff followup. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. I can help you with that.
However, the issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
This is most likely because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point. If you log into that account you can cancel and request a refund for that upgrade purchase. Or, you can post here with that account and I can take care of the cancellation/refund for you.
If you cannot log into that account, I would encourage you to try using https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to verify your payment and connect with out support staff.
Please let me know if you have questions or if anything is unclear.

PHISHING?
I have been charged 99 USD. I have NOT autorized the payment and have NOT bought any services on the wordpress site. I have NOT submitted my credit card info with the site and since blocked my credit card.
I have had a wordpress site for a couple of years, but it has been inactive for 5 years (?!).I would like to be reimbursed the 99 USD, and be given an explanation how/why WPCHRG.COM have able to charge my account.
I have registered WPCHRG.COM a a phishing site on google and contacted my bank.

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com account you are posting from.

A more efficient way of resolving the situation would be to fill out the form on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and let our staff help sort it out for you.

I have tried verifying the payment for two days with no luck. I put in all of the correct information. I do not have the account information for the second wordpress.com user. I signed up for it under the auspices of the San Luis Obispo Museum of Art. I don’t want to keep getting charged year after year!!!!

I am unclear if you are saying that you have tried using https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. Is that what you mean by:

Hi rootjosh.
Sorry, sorry, sorry… My mistake and have overreacted. I loosely
remember that i starting another wordpress (last year?), but do nor remember signing up for a “subscription”.I will not contest he payment, and the fault is probably my fault.
I’ve written to @carinapilar and she will assist me, in canceling my subscription/account.
Confusion/what happened?:
1. “WPCHRG.COM”, is written on my bank statement. I found the charge very suspicious. “WPCHRG.COM” is not a site i visit or have anything “connection” with wordpress. Mayby, it just me (?).2. “WPCHRG.COM”, links directly to a subsite of wordpress. This also
looked very odd for me and only increased my suspicion that the site
was a phishing site.3. Half of the site is dedicated for inserting ones credit card
details. This, only reinforced my suspicion that it was a phishingsite.
Asking for financial details from a site in that manner, seem very
forward. The layout just didn’t look safe/credible for me to insert my
details. The situation is as going on a bad date and having ordered. You really
want what you’ve ordered, but find out that the next 2 hrs. are going
to be hell. Is it worth the risk? The site look highly suspect and that is why i registered it as a
phishing site on google.The text:
“Why was I charged? Seeing a credit card or PayPal charge you don’t
recognize? No problem — search for info on your charge here” – says a lot if you are unsure what has been deducted and “who did it”?Perhaps I am overly protective of my personal information and credit
card info and a very silly person(?).“rootjosh”, I am very very sorry and ashamed for my outburst. I was confused and lost my temper.
Best,

Perfectly understandable. You can never be too careful these days.
I can promise you that wpchrg.com is a site we run for this specific purpose. But I understand your suspicion.
