  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com.

  There are 2 versions of WordPress. What we do here at WordPress.com is quite different from the self hosted version of WordPress that you install to your computer.

  We get 50-100 emails a day saying someone different is signing into the account

  Because the site is not hosted on WordPress.com I do not have access to the site or account. You will need to post at wordpress.org/support/ or get in touch with your hosting company for help.
