Keep getting error message

When I am the administrator and one who created the site. What is going on?WP.com: Unknown

As to answer your question, might have logged in with a wrong account on your wordpress installation. Please check which account you are logged in currently. Also, make sure you have all the plugins and wordpress installed up to date.
