Keep Getting ‘Site Can’t Provide A Secure Connection’
-
Keep getting error code: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. I’ve not had this issue until recently. I notice at some internet connections, this error triggers more than others, but I cannot replicate it or determine what exactly triggers it as it is random. At a loss of what to do here other than clearing cache and cookies, etc.

Could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with?

So I contacted Bluehost and they updated a few things on their end. They had assisted with something a few weeks ago and did not take into account whatever was impacting this error to trigger. I don’t recall the language.
But the site is for joshgirgenti.com

Cool, at this point I see a site that is not SSL secured, but it’s also not displaying the error.
I can confirm too, going forward, you’ll want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
