Keep Getting 'Whoops!' Page When I Try to Post or Upload an Image

  Preview—and often just going to my site—results in a ‘Whoops! Small error’ page. Even when I try to click on the ‘drop us a note’ link I get the same ‘Whoops’ page, making it impossible to post anything new or sometimes even review old posts.
