Keep getting ‘Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!’ page

  I can’t login to my admin side of WordPress and I am in an emergency right now with my site. Keeps giving me the ‘Your WordPress database is already up-to-date’ page and won’t allow me in.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
