Keep Navigation Menu on top while scrolling down

  Hello!
  Is there a way to keep the main navigation menu always in evidence even when scrolling down a page without CSS customisation or plugins? The theme is TheSuits theme.
  Or should I just change theme?

  Yeah you should pick a different theme that keeps the nav menu at the top even while scrolling.

  I did a quick search and found Syntax keeps the menu fixed but to the left side, not at the top.
