Keep old website while I create a new WordPress version

  I have a website created by Webplus. I would like to keep it with the current hosting provider. I would now like to rebuild it using WordPress. I would like to keep the current site published until the WordPress site is completed.
  Can I build the WordPress site offline and then published it over the old Webplus site?

  Absolutely. You’re welcome to create your new site with us before pointing the domain here. That way your current site can stay “live” until your new one is ready.

  I do recommend getting a plan earlier on if you’ll need it, since they have other features you might find useful, including direct support:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  Then just avoid using the domain options until you’re ready, and then you can map or transfer the domain.
