Keep one blog entry at top of blog?

  Is it possible to “pin” one blog entry to the top of the blog, so that anything I post will post beneath this ‘master entry’?

  Not really. What you have to do is keep changing the date. Every time you make a post you have to go back to that original post and change the post stamp so it looks like it posted AFTER the one you just made.

  What most people do is put it in a static page on a theme with BIG TABS on the top, or if the info is short, put it in a text widget at the top of the sidebar.
