Keep people from copying my text

  I found on Google the WP-copy protect option. I see where it says download but how in the world do I use it to affect the text on my blog. Please give step by step. Though I am very familiar with page layout programs, I am not ‘code’ savvy. It also says something about disabling right click in settings. There is no such option that I can find in my settings. Help needed.
