Keep site private until complete

  Hi, I am just playing with wordpress right now with the hopes that I can convert an exisiting site over. Can I build out the site now and keep it private for a bit?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It gives you breathing room. And you can set up permission for selected others to see it in order to get feedback, etc.
