Keep site title stationery

Hi WP,
Have been setting up a site had have found an issue where the title and menu on the home page will move when scrolling down, and unfortunately it is getting in the way of the website contents.
I’m happy with everything else about the teme I have selected, I was just wondering if there is a way to keep the site title and menu stationery at the top of the homepage.Thanks!

Please note that we have turned the display site name and tag line option off at the moment to stop the issue, but would like to have it on the homepage and stationery. Thank ou for your help

The short answer is that the theme you are using is designed to float the tag line as you scroll like that. I do not see an option (aside from disabling it as you have done) to stop it.
The longer answer is that it’s something that you should be able to modify with some custom CSS code if you ever choose to step up to one of our paid plans:
