Keep the URL active but delete all the contents

  I have a site prasadgandheartistry.wordpress.com which is not properly created. I want to delete all the contents and freshly create it again with same URL. Can WordPress support team delete the contents for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I looked at your website and I do not see any content. Only a blank theme. Did you figure it out?
