Keep website without connection to domain

  Good morning. I have a client that I am assisting with archiving his website. He sold the business to a new company, and they have created a new website elsewhere. Instead of deleting the old website, he would like to keep it, but not have it be hosted live or accessible to the public. Is there a way to do that?

  Hi,

  If that site is hosted on WordPress.com, you can set that site to private in Settings > General > Privacy. Here you have more info about this:
