Keeping a topic static?

  I’m trying to figure out how to keep a topic static , so that one blog post will stay at the top whenever anyone comes to my blog.

  I’m getting 2-3 posts per day because people can’t figure out how to navigate a blog (It’s not the blog’s fault).

  Any ideas?

  You either need to change the date on the post you want to be a “stickie”, or put it in a page on it’s own. I am assuming you are talking about this one http://realestatecircleville.wordpress.com/
  If you get users not understanding how to use the blog, maybe a restructuring would be a good idea.
