Keeping blog followers when moving to self-hosted WP?

hello again and sorry about dummy questions!
but i really have no idea about how it works!
i saw that some of the blogs where following me are on my new followers list on self hosted blog!but not all of them(even if they had their e-mails to wp.com list..) so i wonder,if they cannt be transferred,is there any way i could see my old list to compare and inform the others to follow me to my new blog?
also i have an irrelevant question,and really sorry if i m too tiring..i found this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-likes/ which is a “like” button..it doesnt let you vote twice,so i think that it performs a check (maybe of your gravatar???) so could this or any other plugin check the gravatar of the person who hits the like and display it?or this would be extremely difficult??i know that i m asking in the wrong place,but sinse you may know something about it,i decided to take the chance!thanks very much really for the time you ve spending on my blog and my questions…goodnight!(here in Greece is midnight now! :-) ) -
No, WordPress.com Reader subscribers can only see WordPress.com blogs. You no longer have a WordPress.com blog, so these individuals were not transferred.
I’m not sure about the operation of that plugin. I recommend checking with its developer.

I want to ask you a last question!Is there any way i could copy and display on my new blog the views i had on the previous one?i mean a way to display the views i had and maybe the countries the viewers came from…

Hello My Happiness Engineer!
I have just made the jump to self hosting but am so sad to see that my new dashboard says no followers and no comments. I do have JetPack installed and would love to have my 400 plus “friends” moved over.
You mentioned in a previous comment that I need to ask for the transfer… this is going to sound dumb- but WHO do I ask? I do not see any email address to send my questions to. I feel so silly that I did not copy that email list before the transfer. I really would like it back please… -

I have moved my wordpress.com site thesewingloftblog.com to a new self-hosted site of the same address. I installed jetpack and connected to wordpress.com.
I would like to have my followers (not content) moved to the new site please. I couldn’t find anything to tell me how to contact you other than posting here.

i m terribly sorry to ask you again macmanx..i decided to post here instead of opening a new topic..
some visitors of my blog complained that they couldnt post a comment even if they were putting their e-mail and name correctly..i tried to find the problem but everything seems to be fine..since it is probably something that has to do with jetpack i m asking you because maybe (if i m lucky) you would ve heard something like this before…
it transfers them to http://jetpack.wordpress.com/jetpack-comment/ address and it returns the error : Invalid request signature or no blog id supplied.
any ideas?any help would be extremely good for me!Thanks really for your time!! -

If there is anything I need to do to move the followers, please let me know.

I would also like my followers transfered (tried to do it myself and it didn’t work). I am moving from wordpress.com to selfhosted on wordpress.org

I’ve just moved to self hosted as well, installed Jetpack but would like my wordpress.com email subscribers moved over pretty please.
Its the same url for old and new sites http://www.planet-family.com
